Alright guys ! I know that all those information are very very very confusing. So now I'm going to give you guys the confirmed details , so please take note of the dates and details.
1. Date:14 Dec 2009
People involved: All Level EXCOs only- home clothes please. (It's okay if you can't make it , just let me know.)
Place to meet: Choa Chu Kang control station.
Time:10am meet , should be home around 4-5pm
Purpose:Buy materials / decorations for OUR HANGOUT and the board.
Note : Those in charge of the design of board and room , please pass to the excos who're going, the things you need for the room ( a logistics list) so we can buy the stuff.
2.Date:15 Dec 2009
People involved:EVERYONE WHO'S FREE
Place to meet:School's foyer
Time:9am , should end around 2pm (lunch's provided)
Purpose: Decorate room and do up board
Note: Everyone please bring $5 for prefects fund ! We really need money cuz all those materials which we're buying , we're using our fund. But we'll be using our money first , so you've to pay us back.Those who have give Chai Sim $2 , it hasn't reach me yet. BUT , you just have to bring $3 let's say $2 is with him okay ?
We'll also celebrate birthdays for months we haven't celebrated;)
HEHES ! SO EXCITED !!!
And I'll allocate duties for sec 1 registration.
3.Date:23 Dec 2009
People involved:Will be decided on 15 dec
Place to meet: School's foyer
Time:NOT CONFIRMED
Purpose:SEC 1 REGISTRATION.
We'll have to help out as ushers and do some interaction with the juniors.
Note: People who're on duty should be in full U - badge and tie. Should look very smart and cute(?! hahas)

5.Date:28-29 Dec 2009
People involved: EVERYONE who's helping out in sec 1 orientation on 4-6 Jan
Place to meet: School's foyer
Time:8am
Purpose: PRE-ORIENTATION CAMP.To strengthen your leadership skills , bond with SSCs and briefings/hands-on for orientation.
Note: Packing list , consent form and all those relevant stuff will be done soon. Will update soon. Just come with a WILLING-TO-LEARN attitude and a BIG SMILE :)
MOST IMPORTANT POINT: I know it's very depressing that our lovely prefects camp is CANCELED . I'm very very very sad too. But we would definitely FIGHT for a march camp okay ??? Because we don't have enough teachers to let us stay overnight. So , be forgiving k? Miss Low has tried her very very best. I'm very sorry too. OKAY ? Cheer up.
Don't forget , Natalie loves you ! HAHAS .
