I saw you guys at work together as I was doing my higher chinese paper.
I'm SOooooooooo proud of you guys ! It might be just moving tables.. blah blah blah...
BUT, it was a very nice scene seeing everyone doing it together ! AS A TEAM !

Hey darlings ! June holidays are coming and I've thought of a few awesome things we should carry out during the holidays ! Before I elaborate on the June holidays plans, I would like to remind you of somethings that are NOT done.
1. The groups photos are not out yet !!!
2. We need to change the board's layout !!!
3. The room is MESSY ! And it's not opened !!!
4. Details of the selection camp !!!
OKAY ! Please settle this all this in two weeks time !
Plans for holiday !
1. Sec 1 selection camp ( sec 1-3 , sec 4s may drop by ) :)
2. Go for a movie together !!! ( this will be so cool ! half the cinema with our people ! HAHA!)
3. BBQ together (sec2s-4s) ! :)
4. Set up the room awesomely once and for all !
Certains things have to be done to achieve this tgt. So there is the job allocation for every single one on the board except Sec 4s :)
1.Planning of camp.( Get back to Kashib )
Games: Vikram, Wei Ming , Yan Yun, Marcus
-To plan games and set up a group of game leaders to carry out games during the camp
Meals: Dorithy, Adlina , Edward
-To talk to Miss Low about food
-Mankan Cheer
-Do a duty roster for canteen cleaning
Discipline: Kang Ming, Chai Sim
-Set ground rules
-Enforce punctuality
-Carry out punishment
-Take note of safety precautions(1st aid kit etc)
Cleanliness: Tat Wee, Min Hui
-Make sure bunks are clean
-Take care of all the room keys/air-con controller
-Do a duty roster for cleaning up of bunks

-Do up a to-do list
-Do a budget list
-Confirm attendance
-Do packing list & consent form
-Date & Time of camp
