 1)Your Answer must be in FULL SENTENCE(S). 
 2)Your Answer should be placed in the tagboard.
 3)Strictly NO vulgarities.
 4)No using of other prefects name to submit your answer.
 5)No cheating -- Do not copy other answers by paraphrasing it to your answer.
 6)Competition open to all PREFECTS only, including new sec 1s prefects:)
 7)Answers MUST be submitted into the tagboard latest by 31July2010 midnight.
