Hey!! here's the packing list pre-camp! so pack properly!!
Sec 1 Orientation Pre Camp Packing List
Clothing
Shirt x2 (including the one you are wearing on first day)

Shorts x4 (including the one you are wearing on first day)
socks x3 (ankle socks not allowed!)

Undergarments (sufficient amount)
Old shoes x1 (for water activities)
Normal activity shoes x1 (the one you are wearing throughout the whole course of the camp)

Kranji Modern Dance Club Concert 2010, Pursue.
hello prefect on duty for the dance concert, hope you've seen my sms (:
here's another brief reminder before i move on to elaborating on ur duties.
Date: 9December.
Report at sch foyer : 11.10am.
Transportation there : Bus. (will leave at 11.30am)
Transportation back: Bus (will only be at NAFA at 10.45pm)
Attire : Blazer,stocking,courtshoes (girls)
Blazer, long pants, black shoes (boys)
Okay, now i'll briefly tell you abt ur duties.
Reception :- Mdm Chen Xi & Miss Stacy will be there too.
- Assist teachers in setting up of table.
- Serve guests during refreshments.
- Crowd Control (only teachers & VIPs allowed access to refreshments)
- Get audience to sign on guestbook before performance and during interval.
- Show the audience the rough guide of where their seat is, as there is FIXED seating for this concert.
*Please do help the "tickets at door" if they need help for the night shift as there'll only be two prefects there.
Tickets at door :
-Check tickets of audience before letting them in
(Pink ticket : afternoon show ; White ticket: evening show)
-Punch a hole using hole-puncher on corner of ticket.
-Latecomers to be let in only in between performances.
-Close doors at start of performance and after interval. (Cue: when emcees come out)
-Open doors fully during interval, end of show.
In house ushers:
-Usher audience to sit according to ticket number.
-Crowd Control during/after the interval - make sure audience DO NOT go up to stage.
VIP ushers: (there will only be VIP at evening show)
- Usher VIP into the auditorium
- Usher Mdm Lee & GOH (to be confirmed) up/down stage during token of appreciation giving.
- Help in house ushers whenever possible.
*** Fazirah & Kang Ming, I need both of you to be at the "tickets at door" duty first, then when you see the VIP&GOH arriving, go and usher them to their seats, then after that join the "In house ushers". Thanks a lot!
Lastly, dinner will be provided & prefects may watch the performance standing only AFTER duties have been carried out.THANKYOU (:
